All finished good products sold through online receive free ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available at additional costs.

For warranty part inquiries, please call 800-KLIPSCH. Warranty parts are subject to shipping charges.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full refund. Return it with an RMA , which you can generate from the "My Account" section, within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing list. After 30 days any returns are in our discretion.  If we accept a return after 30 days, a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.

International customers please note that direct sales from Klipsch are exclusive to U.S. customers (not including Puerto Rico). We cannot ship to addresses outside the U.S, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. For information regarding Klipsch products in your area, please contact the Klipsch distributor in your country.

Please note that our Heritage products are built to order and the cabinetry is handmade in the US at our Hope, Ark. manufacturing facility. Because of this, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although your order may be ready sooner, depending on volume and availability.

To Order Online

1. Select a product 
If you need assistance in choosing the product that is right for you, you can email us at , or call (800)554-7724.  

2. Add to cart
Once a product is added to your cart, you can change or delete the quantity, continue shopping or proceed to checkout. There is no obligation to buy any items in your cart. When you’re ready to place your order, just access your cart and click Checkout.  Note that several products are listed as shipped and sold as "eaches" so you must enter quantity “2” for a pair.

3. Complete your transaction
If you haven't done so already, you will be asked to “Log In” or register for an account. To complete the process, enter your billing and shipping information. For your protection, the billing address and shipping address must be in the same state, and the billing address must match the one your credit card company has on file.

Choose your shipping method. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii must choose Express 2-3 day.  

Choose your payment option, and click “Checkout.” You will receive an invoice number and an e-mail confirmation.

At any time in the process, you may choose to place your order over the telephone by calling 888-250-8561, or print your product selection and take it to your local Klipsch dealer for retail purchase.
