  • You provide to or is collected by any third party.

The App collects information from and about your headphones and soundbars automatically when you use the App.

Information You Provide to Us

You may be requested to provide personal information to us via this App for the purposes of product registration only.

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Headphone Information. When you access and use the App, the App may automatically collect:
    • The headphone Model.
    • Equalizer settings and presets.
    • Phase settings.
    • Low Pass filter settings.
    • Trim/Gain settings.
    • Audio Delay settings.
    • Power Mode settings.
    • Device serial numbers
    • Device firmware versions:
    • Upgrade process telemetry
    • Mobile device operating system our App is installed on.
  • Soundbar Information. When you access and use the App, the App may automatically collect:
    • The soundbar Model.
    • Equalizer settings and presets.
    • Phase settings.
    • Low Pass filter settings.
    • Trim/Gain settings.
    • Audio Delay settings.
    • Power Mode settings.
    • Device serial numbers
    • Device firmware versions
    • Upgrade process telemetry
    • Mobile device operating system our App is installed on.
  • Location data (for app to play audio connectivity) shall be acquired by Bluetooth® wireless technology[1] to enable the App to communicate with your headphones or soundbars, however such information will not be collected by our App. Any data collected by Bluetooth wireless technology is subject to Bluetooth SIG, Inc.’s own privacy policy.
  • Microphone. The App allows use of a microphone for the purpose of voice activated assistant, acting as a microphone for voice / video calls and for passthrough audio technology. Recordings are not stored or accessible to anyone with Klipsch.
  • Voice Assistant Technology With respect to utilization of the voice personal assistant functionality provided by Amazon through Alexa or Google via Google Assistant we pass along your audio recordings related to voice activated commands to the respective third party. We would refer you to Alexa or Google Assistant privacy policy for more information. Klipsch does not access, record or utilize your voice recordings.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device. The App will not function without permitted use of location data.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to provide you with the App's functionality and its contents.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information.

  • Bluetooth Information. If you block the use of location information, the App will not function properly.
  • Microphone Information If you block the use of microphone, you will not be able to utilize the headphones for voice / video calls, active passthrough technology.

Data Security

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.
