Steve Klipsch is responsible for supervising the human resources department and managing compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, health and safety, training/development functions and corporate security.

Dave Kelley is responsible for developing channel, brand and category strategies, as well as overseeing the distribution of the Klipsch, Jamo, Mirage, Energy and Athena brands around the world. 

Fred Farrar also serves on the Board of Directors.

Nancy Mills is responsible for providing strategic leadership, a consistent financial perspective and active contribution to critical management decisions. She oversees the company's treasury, accounting, budget, MIS, tax and audit activities.

Judy L. Klipsch is focused on buzz marketing and special projects associated with the development of the Klipsch brand and corporate public relations.

Fred S. Klipsch, along with his wife Judy, purchased Klipsch & Associates from founder and cousin Paul W. Klipsch in 1989. Then in 2005 and 2006, the company acquired the Denmark-based Jamo and Canadian-based Audio Products International respectively to accelerate global growth and establish a more competitive, cost-efficient company.

Michael F. Klipsch is responsible for global supply chain management, as well as overseeing Klipsch brand operations, including engineering, product development, marketing, program management, manufacturing, sourcing and logistics.   

Paul Jacobs is responsible for all company operations, including the strategic direction of the Klipsch, Jamo, Mirage, Energy and Athena brands.
