Overview

While our official company motto is “The Ultimate Sound Experience,” our unofficial one is “Bullshit.” Company founder Paul W. Klipsch used this blunt two-word statement when he felt someone was being ridiculous. Now, with this yellow Bullshit button, you can too!
  • Button comes attached to a commemorative card that not only tells the story behind PWK’s candid phrase, but also features artwork from the PWK mural that’s inside Klipsch headquarters.

Paul W. Klipsch was known for having many eccentricities, including his famous “Bullshit” motto. He started using the slogan after reading a competitor’s loudspeaker ad that made claims of supposed “breakthroughs.” After that, he wore a “Bullshit” button behind his lapel and showed it to anyone he felt was making an outlandish claim.
