Program Manager
We are currently seeking a talented individual for a Program Manager position at our Indianapolis, IN headquarters. The Program Manager is responsible for directing the development process of cross functional teams in the timely development and production of Klipsch products that meet or exceed stated cost, performance and quality goals.
Requirements
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate all cross functional activities directly related to the design and development of projects. Track specific program schedules, cost and resources to secure on-time deliverables. Coordinate (and subsequently) control schedule generation, beginning with Initial Product Concepts, utilizing applicable cross-functional skill centers.
- Supplier Liason: Coordinate and direct supplier activities for related ODM and/or OEM projects (above), from RFP/Q through development.
- Launched Projects: Interface on follow-up questions & issues arising after a product has launched into the marketplace.
Requires:
- B.S. degree and experience in a technical discipline or production environment (ME, AE, EE, etc)
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in program or project management, preferably in consumer electronics.
- MBA a plus
- International Travel expected - approximately 15 - 25% of time.
