The KPT-8001 is a THX®-Certified this two-way cinema surround loudspeaker system.

THX®-Certified this two-way cinema surround loudspeaker system offers high efficiency controlled coverage and standard SMPTE/ISO 2696 X-curve de-emphasis. It features a single high-output eight-inch woofer and a high-frequency compression driver coupled to a 100° x 100° Tractrix® horn. The shallow enclosure angles the drivers downward at a 15° angle and is pre-drilled for industry-standard mounting brackets. The system also incorporates a high-frequency protection circuit to safeguard the tweeter.
